Some of our clients prefer to use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts only, whilst others prefer to have the option of non-genuine parts to reduce costs, so we offer both options whenever possible.

Our non-genuine parts are sourced very carefully and undergo stringent testing to ensure they are of the highest quality. We are very confident in the quality of our non-genuine parts and therefore offer the same guarantee against material defect as the OEMs.

The merger of Ormandy Rycroft Engineering, HRS Hevac and Heat Exchanger Spares.com, took place at the start of January 2023. we are committed to supplying spares for products on all the Aquasave Range, which customers purchased from HRS Hevac, including those which have since been discontinued.
